7. Orders, Returns, and Refunds

7.2. Refunds are processed based on the price paid at checkout.

7.3. Returning a Hot Deal product does not reinstate the promotion.

8. Errors and Technical Issues

8.1. In case of pricing errors, technical faults, or incorrect information, SetCrates reserves the right to:

  • correct the error, or
  • cancel affected orders and issue refunds where applicable.

9. Fair Use

9.1. SetCrates reserves the right to limit or refuse Hot Deal orders in cases of suspected abuse, resale activity, or automated purchasing.

10. Changes to the Promotion

10.1. SetCrates may modify, suspend, or end Hot Deals at any time for operational or legal reasons.

10.2. Changes do not affect orders already completed.
