SetCrates Mystery Box – Terms & Conditions

1. General information

These Terms & Conditions apply to the “SetCrates Mystery Box” promotional feature (“Mystery Box”). The promoter (“we”, “us”, “our”) is Ekoandnatural Ltd, trading as SetCrates, operating the online store available at setcrates.co.uk.

2. Eligibility

The Mystery Box is available to customers of the SetCrates online store who comply with these Terms and the Store’s general terms of sale.

3. What the Mystery Box is

The Mystery Box is a promotional feature that awards one reward per entry.
Rewards are randomly assigned by the system at the time of participation.
Images, graphics and examples shown on the website are illustrative only and do not guarantee a specific reward.

4. Possible rewards

Rewards may include, but are not limited to:

Discount codes (percentage or fixed value) for a future order,
Free wooden crates or accessories,
Shipping-related benefits (for example free or discounted delivery),
Product or bundle rewards, subject to availability.

5. Reward conditions

Rewards may be subject to additional conditions such as expiry dates or minimum order values, which are shown at the time the reward is issued.
Discount codes are redeemed during checkout according to the conditions displayed with the reward.
Rewards are non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
Receiving a specific reward (for example a particular discount percentage) is not guaranteed.

6. Returns and refunds

Once a Mystery Box reward has been revealed, the Mystery Box entry itself is non-refundable.
If a reward includes a physical product, the Store’s standard returns policy applies to that product.
Refunds or returns do not result in reissuing or restoring Mystery Box rewards.

7. Fair use

We reserve the right to limit, suspend or refuse access to the Mystery Box in cases of misuse, technical manipulation, automated activity, or actions that may disrupt the fair operation of the promotion.

8. Changes to the promotion

We may modify, suspend or end the Mystery Box promotion at any time for operational or legal reasons. Any changes will not affect rewards already issued in accordance with these Terms.
