2.2. Due to the natural origin of the material, slight differences in appearance (e.g. knots, discolorations, wood shade variations) may occur and are not considered product defects.
2.3. Each product has a detailed description, photos, and information regarding dimensions, finish, and intended use.
3. Placing Orders
3.1. Orders can be placed 24/7 via the website www.setcrates.co.uk.
3.2. To place an order, select a product, add it to the cart, complete the order form, and choose a payment and delivery method.
3.3. After placing an order, the customer receives an email confirmation with all transaction details.
